Gemma trained at the London School of Osteopathy, graduating with a master’s degree. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and has fully-comprehensive insurance. ​ Gemma has a robust background in personal training and sports massage. She has worked with professional sports teams such as the All Blacks and England rugby team. ​ In addition to her sports-focused expertise, Gemma has a keen interest in women’s health and is certified in the Mummy MOT assessment, providing tailored care for new mothers.  ​ Gemma has a keen interest in running, competing in marathon events in her own time.

Felicity trained at the University College of Osteopathy, obtaining a master’s degree with distinction in 2020. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has fully-comprehensive insurance for all the services she offers.

She also holds qualifications in sport massage, personal training, strength & conditioning, mat Pilates, functional rehabilitation, and swim coaching. Prior to this, she received a 2:1 bachelor’s degree at Bristol University in physiological science.
